Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges required by local authorities

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
